People don’t realize that shoes are an important accessory, and an important part of a women’s daily outfit. There are many kinds of shoes and variations that can go with everyday outfits. Whether it’s a casual or elegant night out, you will always have a shoe to go with that outfit.

The main trends for winter 2010 are ankle boots and Over-The-Knee boots. Ankle boots are still a must for women. You can go from Peep Toe Booties, something with ruffles and bows, embellished details, suede styles, western, or thigh high boots. Any of these shoes will look great with whatever you want to wear that day. And don’t think you have to be going somewhere special to wear these shoes, wear them anywhere at anytime!

Platforms and wedges are also back because they extend legs visually. The wedge, for both casual and elegant occasions, could be the season’s statement shoe. Wedges are back, and they're going to go perfectly with this season's headscarves and turbans! Go for a neutral colored medium height shoe without a platform sole.

Peep holes are also a popular look for wedges and add a feminine feel. Yes, you may be thinking that wedges are so out of style but they surprisingly have came back and look good and trendier then ever! These shoes will go great with a spring or summer dress but not only that they will go great with skinny jeans and a cute top! Mix and match and you will have a great outfit for the day!
