Yearbook Update |
|
Have you ever wondered what yearbook is about? It’s more than just working on a book. Especially because the book is not just a book. It shows the whole school year and makes your best time unforgettable. The yearbook staff works hard everyday to get the best memories. We catch your picture during the class, the break and everywhere you go. It needs fresh ideas, effort, timing, intensity and humor to create the 120 pages. This year your yearbook only costs $25. Where else can you find such a good deal? You could spend your money on soda, food, movies or your nails, but those things only last for a short period of time. The few dollars for the nice book with pictures of you and your friends shouldn’t be too hard to effort. And this investigation lasts forever! Also you should think about joining the staff next year. We go on nice fieldtrips and have a lot of fun together. We get creative and write cute little stories. The experiences we make will help us later when we have to work with computers. Sooner or later we can’t get away with not knowing how to use word or photo shop. Take your time now and learn about it in a fun way. You will be happy about it! |

February is coming up fast and you all know what that means!!! No besides Isaac’s birthday, Its Deadpool’s BIRTHDAY and we’re here to celebrate it with a lot of Deadpool talk and pictures. And an ultra special interview that will be featured in this month’s issue entitled Deadpool: The Ode of a Comic Merc. Deadpool first made his debut in New Mutants #98 in February 1991. He was originally cast to be a one shot hero but he grew into much more than that. He grew into The Merc with a Mouth who has three of his own comic book titles coming out each and every month. Each of his comics has to do with something different than the other. The three titles are Deadpool, Deadpool: Merc with a Mouth, and Deadpool Team Up. Each one of these comic deals with a different adventure in a different place with different people. Deadpool deals with the main storyline of Deadpool/Wade Wilson. This title intertwines with the main story plot of all the other major comic book story plots. One of the storylines takes Deadpool to San Francisco wear he tries to fit in by dressing in short shorts and roller balding down Market St. in a pink tank top. In this same story Deadpool attempts to join the X-Men, but they do not want the murderous merc on their team. So Deadpool tries to prove himself by assassinating a man who claims the X-Men are bad. Deadpool ended up making the X-Men look good by making it look like he was going to assassinate the man, but he had the X-Men stopped him to make them look good. Deadpool: Merc with a Mouth centers around the adventures of Deadpool and his alternate universe self Head-Pool. The two characters are all over the place from The Jungle, to Space, and now jumping from universe to universe looking for Head-Pool’s zombie home world. But in the mean time the ‘Pools have run into something even more surprising, a female version of themselves, this could bring a new meaning to the word talking to yourself which Deadpool all ready does. Deadpool Team Up is about Deadpool teaming up with heroes from all across the Marvel Universe. His most memorable team up so far was with The Zappata Brothers. This story took Deadpool into Mexico where he was sent to bring the head of a man to as Mexican drug lord, Deadpool ends up teaming up with the Zappata Bros. and taking out the drug lord and in the end Deadpool and the Zappata’s are enjoying a fiesta. HAPPY BIRTHDAY DEADPOOL |
